The Foundation

Purpose
The Pollock-Krasner Foundation’s mission is to aid, internationally, those individuals who have worked as artists over a significant period of time. The Foundation’s dual criteria for grants are recognizable artistic merit and financial need, whether professional, personal
or both.
Lee Krasner’s Legacy
As the Foundation enters its nineteenth year of grant making, it is appropriate to recognize how significant Lee Krasner’s legacy has been in the creation of this Foundation by helping to stabilize and to strengthen the careers of artists, not to mention their personal lives as they do their creative work.
